At MEET HENG, we believe that an intensively trained field force, a clear understanding of the local market as well as an appreciation of patient and physician needs, allows us to best convey the medical value of a product in a fair and balanced manner.
We hence set up a program with our field force that aims at ensuring thorough knowledge of each product that we promote. Within the context of this program we combine an initial medical training of several days with continuous on-the-job coaching.
We also take pride in undertaking thorough market analytics in order to understand where medical need prevails and how our products can contribute to meeting these needs. This can for example take the form of advisory boards where we strive to gain insights from medical thought leaders.
The single components of our Marketing and Sales approach are of course also integrated in our pre-launch preparatory process.
